1. Surface Preparation

  • Prepare the surface free from any loose cement, dust, oil, moisture and other contaminants.

2. Environmental conditions

  • Air temperature : 5~35ºC
  • Relative humidity : up to 80%

3. Application Equipment

  • spray, brush and roller

4. Safety Precautions

  • Mixing ratio must be observed and uniformly stir with a power mixer for about 3~5minutes before use.(Use an electric mixer fro 1000RPM,500W)
  • Keep away from heat and open flames.
  • Surface temperature must be at least 3°C above the dew point to prevent moisture condensation.
  • Since the hardener reacts with moisture, store any unused paint products in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
  • Mixed paint should be used within pot life(20°C, 5hrs)
  • Mix thinner with paints regularly.
  • Don't use the thinner including alcohol, or paints won't cure.
